- I would like to start off by saying as a general rule I do not do reviews as they tend to be generally quite biased either way. This is an exeception. At the suggestion of my daughter I decided to meet with the Cruzado team. Walking in the office door I was greeted with the biggest welcoming smile from the lady sitting behind the desk. As it turned out she is the life long partner (wife) of Archy Cruzado. I then met with Archy Cruzado who set up a treatment plan for me. Just looking at the conviction in his eyes I knew I was at the right place. To be honest, we did run into some difficulties due to the loss of bone in my jaw. He was so commited to make me have proper fitting dentures. His determination was unbelievable and he did achieve what I needed. I am very grateful to Archy and his wife Annie. Never at any point was a denied an appointment and was always met with smiles and encouragement. I would recommend him to anyone who need a caring expert in his field. You be the judge. Out of 5 starts I give this dental clinic 9 stars. Try to find someone who can achieve that status. He is a hard act to follow. Thank you for everything, and yes, I have a beautiful smile now too. - My dad just got his new denture here, now he is able to enjoy the food again. We are very happy about the high quality service here. Archy is an expert in denture making, and very patient in answering questions. The office staff are very friendly too, Anne is especially very helpful. - I am incredibly pleased with the work on my mother’s dentures by Archy. He was very accommodating given the initial difficulties arising from a previous dental operation. We had to come back many times when the swelling from the dental procedure would not subside, and each time Archy was more welcoming than the last. He was very considerate and patient with my 91 year old mother’s dentures. My mother says she is incredibly satisfied with the dentures and happy that she can eat solid food again! He is very much an artist with his craft! Annie was equally as hospitable and eager to help when we had to reschedule a few times! - I have worn dentures for 40+ years; I have had to get new dentures countless times. I have never left the office feeling comfortable or content with the new prosthesis until I was fortunate enough to find Cruzado dentures when I cracked my denture and needed it repaired quickly. Today, I left there with a new denture and was actually happy to have it in my mouth (I would normally wear my old one out) - definitely a first for me. I have never been so completely satisfied with a new denture as I was today; I knew it as soon as I put it in my mouth. I would not hesitate in recommending Cruzado to anyone. - My second day with my new full set of dentures. I am in awe with Cruzado Dentures. I absolutely love them. They were made exactly as I imagined. I can hardly believe it. I will never go anywhere else. I may have to go back for a minor adjustment but that is nothing compared to what I suffered with in the past from other Denturists. The most amazing part is my bottom dentures feel wonderfull and don't hurt. I could jump for joy!! If you are looking for a Denturist, this is the place to go. I would give 10 stars if I could. - I had my partials done by Archy more than 4 years ago and had to go back today for minor repair and adjustment. What is amazing is the costumer care I received today was the same four years ago very professional and super courteous not to mention the quality of work and knowledge Archy has provided me all the time. - The staff is so nice and friendly. Very professional and fast. They advised me when my dentures would be completed and they met the deadline. I had to go back for an adjustment and was met with same friendly staff and it was very quick and easy. I will not go anywhere else for my dentures and if I know some who need some I would highly recommend this place. People have been saying I look younger someone even thought I got a face lift.
